The conference also seeks to look into the Changing Governance Paradigm. A change of the paradigm in governance aids transparency, genuine democracy, and uplifts Gender and Development; therefore, ensure equity, equality, safety, and protection of the people, economic independence, freedom of expression, and excellent sense of moral obligation.
